For a refund or exchange to be granted items with a single product code should be returned complete and intact. Customers wishing to return goods will incur a 15% restocking fee. Customers are also required to arrange the freight return and pay the associated freight charges required to return items to Austral Bolts & Marine Pty Ltd. Items must be in perfect condition on arrival. Special Goods are not returnable. Product Returns Form.
